- Customer didn’t open and placed printing material correctly and spoiled the paper and cover of it.
Usually it takes no longer than two weeks for a customer to see the money return to his/her account.
All orders that were charged but do not have enough information for shipping or wrong information (shipping details, descriptions and etc.) will be automatically refunded after two weeks of submitting.
