We want to let u know that our billing department assures that every payment is forwarded to our Design Agency only after we get verification of delivery and positive feedback. On the contrary if a purchase that you made is not either supplied on time or supplied in improper condition, damaged, crashed or contains wrong info, you have the right to receive reshipment for free or to get money back (refund).
Hence there’s no need for you to be concerned whether the design is bad or damaged on its way to you. We guarantee that if any problems arise we’ll put all our efforts to find the best possible solution for these problems.
We would like to emphasize that reshipment and money back guarantees are valid only if the mistake on our design side or on the delivery service. It is customer’s responsibility to provide a valid delivery address and make all possible attempts to receive best design after revisions.
Reshipment or refund will not be done for the following reasons:
- Customer gave incorrect shipping details;
- Customer never provided design details and company info.
- Customer never attempted to get to the nearest P.O. even after the courier informed him by leaving a note right at his shipping address.
- Customer purchased Digital Web Design & Development services and asking for printing material.
- Customer never followed the usage instruction of advertisements and hence lost its useable way.
We guarantee that we pay extra attention to secure of all your personal data which meets all international regulations. All phone conversations are being recorded for quality control reasons and our supervisors regularly listen to call recordings to improve our service level.
